These Tire and Brake Temperature Sensors, known as the TMU04 and BMU04, are advanced wireless multi-channel infrared sensors for tire or brake temperature monitoring with an external receiver box and CAN connectivity. Fully configurable, they provide 8 temperature channels per tire or brake disc with an update rate of up to 50 Hz. They feature a rechargeable battery with 15 hours of active use on the track.

Knowing how the surface temperature changes during a lap is invaluable for chassis tuning, driver training, and setup selection. Because it's a wireless system, it's very easy to install and can be switched from one car to the next in just a few minutes.

Note: This sensor requires the CANchecked receiver box (included in 4-pack or sold separately) to function. The sensor will not work standalone.
