Description

Easily convert your Aeromotive Gerotor style mechanical fuel pump from Gilmer style pulleys and belt to HTD style with this replacement pump pulley.  Works exclusively with the 1/2? drive shaft and 1/8? key-way on either the Aeromotive red 6-gpm P/N 11105 or the black 12-gpm P/N 11115 mechanical fuel pump.  Convert from the standard Gilmer style square-tooth cog-belt (1/2? wide “L” pitch timing belt) to the hi-torque HTD or radius tooth (15mm wide 5M pitch HTD timing belt).  This is the driven pulley for the pump.

Multiple matching drive pulleys for various pump to engine drive-ratios are available to optimize fuel pump speed and ensure full fuel pump flow capacity.  Note: maximum pump speed should be at least 4,000 pump RPM and not exceed 5,000 pump RPM.
