Torque Solution short throw shifter is a direct replacement for your long throw stock unit. Our shifters are made from 4130 Chromoly steel and are tig welded in a precision jig. These are then Black Nickel plated to ensure they last for years. This unit comes with the shifter pivot bushing as pictured for a more solid shifting feel.

This short shifter will not fit if your WRX came with the factory short shifter kit. The easiest way to tell if you WRX has the factory short shifter installed is by pulling down your factory shift boot, and looking at the color of the lever. If it is gold zinc plated in color, then you have the STI option installed. If it is a dark gray, then it is the stock assembly.

If your WRX has the factory short shifter then you will need short shifter part # TS-SS-011.
