Spring Compressors & Strut

• Sykes-Pickavant range various spring and strut tools and compressor types to suit many differing applications and spring rates

• Designed to quickly and safely lift bridge type MacPherson Struts (where the hub can be separated from the strut) without the removal of the ball joint and drive shaft
• Operates by exerting an upward force controlled by a hydraulic transmission jack through the strut, thereby constricting the spring. As the strut is forced upwards the hub and the rest of the suspension can be separated for improved access
• Suitable for front suspension bridge type MacPherson Struts on vehicles such as Peugeot 206, Citroen C3 and new Mini
• Makes suspension work quicker and easier when cars are raised on two post ramps or wheel-free lifts
• Mounts onto the top of a standard hydraulic transmission jack
• Fits both 24 and 30mm diameter transmission jack pistons
• Adjustable top frame allows for secure fixing onto the strut to be lifted
• Tool is left and right handed allowing easy mounting and adjustments in size to fit various vehicle requirements
