Fuel Pressure Testing

• Sykes-Pickavant offer an extensive range of fuel pressure testing equipment and kits
• Suitable for single and multipoint petrol, mechanical and modern electronic diesel engines
• Various fittings available to suit quick-connect, standard and Schrader valve connections
• All kits feature premium shock protected dual scale gauge

• Designed to assist in the diagnosis of common CRD fault symptoms such as: Poor or non-starting, Rough running (non-cylinder specific misfire), Lack of power, Flat spots and/or hesitation on acceleration
• Enables measurement of delivery pressure output from the CRD high pressure pump (max 600 bar) under engine cranking conditions
• High pressure test gauge includes pressure limiting valve to prevent extreme pressure building in test kit and allows direct connection to the high pressure pump providing cranking pressure measurement of the pump
• Electronic sensor tester tests the high pressure sensor signal at the sensor allowing comparison to code reader component data (ECU vs Actual) with engine running
• Includes a selection of pipes and adaptors covering many applications with M12 x 1.5 / M14 x 1.5 connections
• Supplied with instructions in a protective blow moulded case
