Item: Radium Fuel Rail FOR Mazda MX-5 NA 89-93

This fuel rail is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is a direct replacement for the OEM fuel rail. A plumbing kit is available (sold separately) that provides all the necessary parts to install and plumb the fuel rail with OEM components. This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. The OEM plastic spacers are reused to thermally insulate the fuel rail from the aluminum intake manifold.

The fuel rail features four threaded ports that are all tapped for 8AN ORB. If building a custom fuel setup, appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers.

INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY

Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 11mm ID so factory injectors are compatible.  If using aftermarket injectors, make sure they are compatible with the stock fuel rail and are the same fitment as the OEM fuel injectors (height and O-rings).

This is the basic fuel rail, and only includes the fuel rail as shown in the picture below. Factory mounting hardware is re-used (consult install instructions for more info). This is ideal for high performance applications where the installer is going to build a custom fuel system. If using the factory regulator and fuel lines, consider purchasing the plumbing kit (below).
