item:PSR/Raceworks Pro Flex Fuel System 1300cc for Subaru WRX 08-14/STI 08-21/FXT 08-13/LGT 07-09
Take it to the next level with this Pro Flex Fuel System, packaged by PSR. This kit can suit any Twin Inlet -6AN Fuel Pressure Regulator including the Turbosmart FPR1200, GFB FX-R and Raceworks FPR-501BK. Includes the popular Radium Engineering upgrade fuel rails with fuel pulse dampeners, plug and play Injector Dynamics fuel injectors, direct-fit AEM 340lph fuel pump and the Zeitronix ethanol content kit with plug and play cable. All rubber fuel lines are replaced with 200 Series Teflon Raceworks 6AN fuel hose for ultimate E85 reliability.
Radium Engineering Fuel Rails
Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish.
These fuel rails are designed specifically for OEM or equivalent fitment injectors. For injector height flexibility and thermal insulation, 2 sets of machined phenolic spacers are included. All injectors must use 11mm diameter upper O-rings just like the OEM Subaru injectors. Reference instruction manual for more information.
The fuel rails are compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.
Radium fuel rails include a port for an aftermarket fuel pulse dampener (sold separately). The opening and closing of fuel injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a fuel pulse damper (FPD) is often necessary. The FPD's internal diaphragm will absorb oscillating pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help idle surge, especially with high flow injectors. Furthermore, a fuel pulse damper can help solve erratic lean air/fuel ratio spikes, commonly experienced as "stumbling", that are difficult to tune out.
For more in-depth information on the function of fuel pulse dampers, read the Radium blog .
Raceworks Fuel Hose and Fittings
This kit incorporates the Raceworks 200-Series E85 safe braided hose in either stainless steel braid or black braid. Raceworks 200 Series Teflon Braided Hose is constructed from a PTFE (Teflon) inner tube that is compatible with all fuels, oils, nitrous including brake and clutch fluids. The PTFE (Teflon) tube is covered by a stainless steel outer cover that is durable, and resistant to abrasion and expansion. The Raceworks 200 Series Hose is the best option for use on fuel systems as it won’t allow the permeation of fuel smell, and has the highest pressure and temperature rating in the range of Raceworks hoses.
Raceworks 200/220 Series Hose Ends are all manufactured from 6061 T6 grade billet aluminium. All Raceworks hose ends are hardcoat anodised for maximum protection, and full flow to provide uninhibited fluid movement. Female swivel hose end ensures ease of fitment once 200 Series Hose has been connected. All Raceworks products come with a 2 year warranty.

What's your ethanol percentage?
The ethanol content of E85 fuel can vary from 60% to 92% ethanol. A fill up with E85 can drastically change the mix of fuel in your vehicle. For performance drivers determining actual ethanol content of E85 is essential to maximizing an engine tune and horsepower.
Why know your ethanol percentage?
E85 has the equivalent octane rating of 105 or higher octane fuel. Higher octane fuel is more resistant to knock allowing for more aggressive ignition timing, higher compression and increased engine power over gasoline itself.
The Zeitronix Ethanol Content Analyser helps you get the most out of your engine and fuel.

Fuel Pressure Regulator Options:
GFB FX-R -
If you’re looking for an EFI Fuel Pressure Regulator that seals and behaves just like your factory unit but with the added reliability and high flowing capacity you require, then look no further than the GFB FX range. How have we achieved this? Our engineers have spent countless hours developing a unique replaceable co-polymer valve seat.
What does this mean? Conventional aftermarket performance Fuel Pressure Regulators typically utilize a metal-to-metal valve and seat which by nature will not positively hold pressure when your engine is shut down, which can make startup more difficult.
GFB have incorporated a softer, more compliant yet resilient material for the valve seat, which will always positively seal and hold fuel pressure on shut down, designed to give factory-like sealing and reliable startup, as well as superior fuel resistance suitable for Unleaded, Ethanol, Methanol, and Diesel fuels.
We also use a double layer diaphragm, which means we have twice the reinforcing material, and as a result the burst strength exceeds 1000psi! The multiple inlet/gauge ports also allow for a wide range of fuel system setups beyond the usual inlet/outlet, including parallel fuel rail or returnless “deadhead” systems. The two gauge ports allow you to run a mechanical fuel pressure gauge AND an ECU fuel pressure sensor if you want to.
Turbosmart FPR1200 -
Turbosmart's newest High-performance EFI fuel pressure regulator is smaller, lighter and better! Featuring two -6AN inlet ports, one -6AN return port, and one 1/8 NPT gauge port, 30-90 PSI base pressure adjustment, 1:1 ratio, premium diaphragm and stainless steel valve + seat allow for ANY fuel type including E85 and is suitable for engines with up to 1200hp fuel systems. FPR's feature a non-directional bias to regulation, so no matter where the fuel comes in they will regulate the same. Factory tested.
All Turbosmart FPRs are CNC machined in house from billet aluminium + stainless steel and hand-assembled and tested to ensure maximum precision. Turbosmart FPR’s have been designed to provide smooth and stable fuel pressure delivery under all conditions from idle to full throttle and are suitable for use with both electric and mechanical fuel pumps. The FPR range features an easy screw and lock adjustment and provide a stable 1:1 ratio between fuel pressure and manifold pressure. Each FPR is backed by a variety of accessories such as fuel rail adapters, gauges and fittings to suit most popular makes and models.
Raceworks FPR-501BK -
2 x AN-6 Inlets and AN-6 Return. 1/8? NPT Gauge Port. Base Pressure Range of 40-75PSI (2.75-5.2Bar). Boost Referenced (1:1 Ratio). Boost Reference Port is 1/16? NPT. Dimensions are 94mm high, 62mm wide and 60mm deep with no fittings. E85 and PUMP Fuel Safe.
