Pro Speed Racing now offer fuel rail packages including Radium Engineering top-feed conversion fuel rails and quality Raceworks hoses and fittings. This kit can suit any Twin Inlet 1/8" NPT Fuel Pressure Regulator including the Turbosmart FPR800 and GFB FX-S.

The "conversion" fuel rails convert the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed allowing the use of high flow fuel injectors (not included). The fuel rail injector bores are 14mm ID. Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser engraved for a high quality surface finish. The fuel rails are compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. Machined press-fit phenolic spacers are included to insulate intake manifold heat transfer. Two sets of spacers are included to accomodate popular 34mm or 48mm height universal fuel injectors from popular manufacturers. DO NOT purchase "WRX Fitment" injectors.

Radium fuel rails include a port for an aftermarket fuel pulse dampener (sold separately). The opening and closing of fuel injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a fuel pulse damper (FPD) is often necessary. The FPD's internal diaphragm will absorb oscillating pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help idle surge, especially with high flow injectors. Furthermore, a fuel pulse damper can help solve erratic lean air/fuel ratio spikes, commonly experienced as "stumbling", that are difficult to tune out.

This kit incorporates the Raceworks 200-Series E85 safe braided hose in either stainless steel braid or black braid. Raceworks 200 Series Teflon Braided Hose is constructed from a PTFE (Teflon) inner tube that is compatible with all fuels, oils, nitrous including brake and clutch fluids. The PTFE (Teflon) tube is covered by a stainless steel outer cover that is durable, and resistant to abrasion and expansion. The Raceworks 200 Series Hose is the best option for use on fuel systems as it won’t allow the permeation of fuel smell, and has the highest pressure and temperature rating in the range of Raceworks hoses.

Raceworks 200/220 Series Hose Ends are all manufactured from 6061 T6 grade billet aluminium. All Raceworks hose ends are hardcoat anodised for maximum protection, and full flow to provide uninhibited fluid movement. Female swivel hose end ensures ease of fitment once 200 Series Hose has been connected. All Raceworks products come with a 2 year warranty.

• Picture shows assembled hoses/fittings, kit includes unassembled hose and fittings which will require cutting and assembling. Additional tools/supplies may be required. This allows user to decide optimal hose lengths and routing.
• This kit terminates with a 5/16" Barb on both the feed and return lines. OEM fuel hose (not included) will then be requred to connect from the new barbs to the existing engine bay feed and return hard lines.
