The Prosport Digital Tacho/Shift Light combo is a neat and tidy solution for vehicles needing more visibilty over engine RPM and shift points. The compact 38mm body does not take up much space on the dash but offers a clear red LED numerical RPM display and super bright red LED shift light. The centre display shows RPM from 0 to 9,999 RPM.

Shift Light

Using the front positioned button the shift point can be set in 100rpm increments anywhere in the 0-9999RPM display range of the shift light, allowing the driver to be alerted when to shift.

Compatibility:

• This is an electronic tachometer and thus requires a square wave electronic signal. Your vehicle may require a tach converter if it does not have a 12v square wave output from the ECU.
• Vehicles without a square wave electronic signal may still be compatible provided it is a single coil system only. A multi coil ignition will require an aftermarket tachometer adaptor or filter to correct the signal. A tachometer filter transforms poor, weak or disordered pulse signals and corrects them by stripping out leading or trailing pulse signal interference.
• Any vehicle with a High Energy Ignition System (HEI) will require a Tachometer Signal Filter.
• It can be configured for use with 4, 6 and 8 cylinder vehicles.
