Proflow's engine lift plates assist you with removal and installation of your engine. Made from 3/16” (4.7mm) thick steel, our strong lift plates are specifically designed for most V8 and LS series engines which are electrically arc welded. They feature three lifting points for balanced engine weight or offset for angling engines with transmissions attached.

Recommended max loading capacity is rated at 900 lbs (400kg's).
