Penrite Semi Synthetic 10W-30 is a friction modified SAE 10W-30 engine oil that uses the latest engine oil technology to provide great wear protection, lower piston deposits and better resistance to sludge formation with improved fuel economy. It meets API SN Resource Conserving and ILSAC GF-5 specifications. Its API SN specification means it provides better resistance to sludge formation, increased wear protection, improved resistance to LSPI (low speed pre ignition) and lower piston deposits than previous and lower grade oils.

Semi Synthetic 10W-30 is designed for use in passenger car, 4WD's and light commercial petrol driven vehicles that require the use of API SN+, ILSAC GF-5 or earlier 5W-30 or 10W-30 engine oils. Penrite Semi Synthetic 10W-30 is suitable for use in modern petrol, LPG and Hybrid engine vehicles as well as for everyday road use in Flex Fuel systems where E10 and E85 Ethanol fuels are used. It is not suitable for use in diesel engine vehicles and is not recommended for use in rotary engines or 4 stroke motorcycles with wet clutches.
