OS Giken R3C Overhaul Kit A

To rebuild an OS Giken clutch, you can choose either an overhaul A set or overhaul B set. We do not recommend ordering individual replacement parts as old and new discs will not work properly together.

The A kit comes with the necessary number of clutch discs, center discs, pressure disc and a set of cover bolts. If your clutch has damage to the cover plate or diaphragm, the B kit adds a cover plate.

Note that it is usually not possible to change the spec of your clutch (eg changing a TR series to an STR series) as the housing height will be different. When rebuilding the clutch the flywheel should be lightly machined to give a smooth surface. The same thickness of material should be machined from the housing to maintain correct tolerances.
