KYB's Skorched4's are accurately valved to control springs under offroad conditions, minimising unnecessary movement and providing the driver with sure-footed control. KYB employ a four-step top seal to keep dirt and other foreign matter out, and the oil in. KYB also maximise oil volume in the cylinder through the use of a 16mm piston rod. Greater oil volume results in slower heat build up thereby extending shock absorber life.
