The IAG Performance skid plate is designed to replace the factory plastic splash guard on the 2001-07 WRX/STI. It is 3/16" thick and bent from a single piece of 5052 aluminum. It is well suited for both lowered street cars as well as off-road rally cars. It provides protection to the headers and oil pan from the front of the U-frame back to the transmission brace. The bottom of the plate features a brushed finish. A complete hardware set is included along with spacers that allow installation on vehicles that require additional clearance due to aftermarket headers.
