This HPD intercooler kit is designed for a Nissan Navara D22 ZD30 3ltr Turbo factory non-intercooled.

HPD designed this intercooler kit for one of the reasonÍs being that the factory turbocharger was know for failure of the front compressor wheel, which would end up in the engine resulting in major engine damage. HPDÍs front mount intercooler kit also provides cooler air intake temperatureÍs helping keep exhaust gas temperatureÍs cooler resulting in better efficiency and the ability to enhance engine tuning.

INSTALLATION TIP-
You will have to hole-saw a 55mmÀ hole in the bull bar mount for our pipework to fit through. Some of the model bull bars we have seen have a window already in the bar at this location. If you are concerned about the strength, you could put a gusset in the bar to strengthen it up after cutting the hole but we have fitted these kits with no problems.
