This High Performance Diesel intercooler kit has been designed to suit Ford Ranger PX current models (2012+) with 2.2Lt 4 cylinder engine. The intercooler delivers reduced inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures. This kit allows fitment of a winch and bull bar and re-positions the intercooler into a higher position that is less likely to suffer damage when off-roading. 

This Ford Ranger 2.2L intercooler kit responds well with engine tuning. With the cooler intake temperatures produced from HPD's intercooler kit enables a safe increase in torque and power. 

The factory Ford intercooler core size is 670x220x40mm, giving a surface area of 1474cm­², and a volume of 5900cc.
Our intercooler measures 600x300x76mm, giving a massive surface area of 1800mm², and a huge volume of 13680cc.
That's a 22% increase in surface area cooling, and a whopping 232% increase in cooling volume!'
