This turbocharger is a genuine MHI OEM replacement unit for the Lancer Evo IX.
This Turbocharger features the following-
68mm compressor wheel
Turbine wheel is cast from Inconel material for extreme applications
Direct bolt-on replacement on the Evo IX
Installation kits for the Evo IV, V, VI, VII and VIII are available
Journal bearing, water cooled CHRA
Owen Developments offer a ball bearing upgrade (including metal bearing cages) to replace the standard journal bearing; this greatly increases the transient response of the turbocharger.
Fitting kits are available for any Evo IX turbo for fitment to an Evo IV, V, VI, VII or VIII.
