This Mini Cooper S performance exhaust is made in 3"/76.2mm pipework and fits from the catalytic converter section backwards (Cat-back) these exhausts replace the centre and rear sections.__

The resonated exhaust option includes the centre silencer and has a subtle but sporty tone. This exhaust however, is also available as a non-resonated version which is a louder option as it excludes the centre silencer and therefore, has a sportier exhaust note.

All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied.__

The Mk3 MINI Cooper S F56 has really hit the spot with enthusiast drivers the world over. A lively chassis, matched to a punchy, turbocharged engine and squat good looks have made it a big seller. But there's always room for a little improvement.

Performance exhaust specialist Cobra Sport has developed a new cat-back system for the popular F56 (2014-18) models. Manufactured from high-quality T304 stainless steel and featuring mandrel-bent pipework for optimum gas flow, these expertly TIG-welded systems are the perfect addition to any cherished Cooper S.

Many months of testing was carried out to ensure the system not only delivered the performance gains required (which can be unleashed with further tuning), but also to create a thrilling soundtrack__- sporty and aggressive when you want it to be, with the crackle, pops and bangs amplified.

The end result is an exhaust that truly complements the playful and sporty character of the Cooper S. With the non resonated cat back exhaust option fitted and the vehicle in sport mode, sound levels on the 4,000 rpm track test increased by 7% to register 86.4dB.

Whereas competitor systems are mainly 2.75in bore, the Cobra Sport system is available as a 3in (76.2mm) cat-back set up, in either resonated or louder non-resonated format, the system features 3.5in (89.9mm) tailpipes, with ceramic coated black and carbon fibre tips available as an option.
