This Mini John Cooper Works F56 performance exhaust is made in 3"/76.2mm pipework and fits from the catalytic converter section to the centre section.

This exhaust makes the system louder as it removes the standard resonator or PPF filter on later models and therefore, offers a significantly sportier exhaust note.

All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied.

Fitment to PPF models will require basic engine tuning at time of fitment to cancel the EML light and is for motorsport and off road use only.

As with all new models, the F56 LCI facelift Mini Cooper S and JCW editions are fitted with a PPF (petrol particulate filter), which limits the potential of that fantastic 2.0-litre engine, leading to a muted and slightly disappointing sound.

Cobra Sport's engineers have developed a solution in the form of their new PPF Delete. This high-quality, 3in (76.2mm) mandrel-bent pipe features TIG-welded hangers and removes a significant restriction in the exhaust system.

The main brief was to improve the sound and unleash the full potential of that straight-six engine. Following intensive development, Cobra Sport have delivered a product that truly awakens the sound of the Mini while also improving gas flow.

The exhaust now emits a deep and vibrant tone, especially evident under load, while under deceleration, there's now an audible burble, accompanied by pops and bangs. This simple, but effective upgrade completely changes the character of the car, giving it a more sporty and thrilling sound with a 9dB increase.

A direct replacement for the OEM part, the Cobra Sport PPF Delete is the most cost-effective way to improve the sound of the stock facelift Mini. A simple ECU reflash will be required at the time of fitting to prevent engine warning lights illuminating.
