This is sufficient for most cases, but there are situations where you need more inputs to meet your requirements.

In such cases, the MCE18 offers the perfect solution. You can easily connect your sensors to this module and transmit the data to your desired device via the flexible Can Bus protocol, whether it's one of our displays or another compatible device.

But it's not just displays that benefit from our MCE18. Programmable control units also often have a limited number of inputs. With our module, you can easily expand these inputs and send the data directly to the control unit to meet your control requirements.

It has already been tested with the following devices:

• CANchecked MFD28/MFD32/MFD32S
• MaxxECU (MaxxECU save file and instructions available)
• Ecumaster (emulates Switchboard V3)
• LinkECU (can streams available for import)
• Haltech (emulates an IO Extender A+B or only A or B)

The MCE18 features:

• 9 analog inputs (0-5V)
• 8 digital inputs (on/off)
• 3 digital outputs (on/off LOW SIDE 0.5A)
• 4 frequency inputs (Turbospeed or Hall sensor (Wheel Speed); one input is reconfigured for this purpose)
• One frequency input usable for ethanol (ethanol content and ethanol temperature)

A particularly remarkable feature of the MCE18 is the three digital outputs that switch to ground (LOW SIDE) and can carry up to 500 mA.
