The Boost Logic Transmission Pan for the Nissan GT-R R35, utilizes a high strength aluminum casting with a T6 high strength heat treatment to improve the rigidity of the transmission case & pan. The load on the internal components is reduced, and the transmissions will operate with greater efficiency. Since the GT-R is continuously evolving as a high performance vehicle, reducing the load on the transmission with the Boost Logic Oil Pan is highly effective and recommended for the longevity of the vehicle. Boost Logic recommends these for any transmission upgrade whether it be a Dodson Promax or just a simple fluid flush. Each transmission pan undergoes a heat treatment process in which metals are alternately heated and cooled according to a preset schedule of time and temperature to improve the characteristics of the metal. T6 Heat Treatment is a specific heat treatment process which may be applied to aluminum / copper / silicon alloys, to increase the strength of the alloy by as much as 30%.
