Every exhaust system and exhaust manifold is engineered to combine measurable performance gains with refined sound, outstanding durability, and the driving experience that enthusiasts appreciate.
This philosophy is supported by continuous investment in advanced engineering, testing, and manufacturing technologies. Every FUJITSUBO exhaust system is the result of extensive research, precision craftsmanship, and rigorous quality control to ensure consistent performance in both road and motorsport applications.
Development begins with state-of-the-art testing equipment, including BOSCH four-wheel chassis dynamometers for accurate power and torque measurement, together with 1/3-octave band acoustic analysers that evaluate exhaust sound characteristics across the full frequency spectrum. This enables engineers to optimise not only horsepower and torque, but also the distinctive exhaust note that defines a premium performance system.
Manufacturing is carried out using advanced production technologies such as laser 3D processing machines and CNC automated pipe benders, allowing complex exhaust components to be produced with exceptional dimensional accuracy and repeatability. Every stage of production is designed to maintain the precise tolerances required for maximum performance and perfect fitment.
Quality assurance is equally uncompromising. CCD camera inspection systems, image analysis software, and 3D CAD verification are employed throughout the manufacturing process to ensure every component meets FUJITSUBO's stringent engineering standards before leaving the factory.
Beyond laboratory development, FUJITSUBO places strong emphasis on real-world vehicle testing. Exhaust systems are extensively evaluated on public roads and race circuits to verify power delivery, throttle response, drivability, acoustic refinement, and long-term durability under genuine operating conditions.
This fully integrated approach to research, development, manufacturing, and testing has produced many of FUJITSUBO's proprietary engineering innovations. Among the most significant is its highly refined exhaust manifold collector technology, designed to optimise exhaust gas scavenging, improve flow efficiency, and maximise engine performance across the entire rev range.
High-precision machining prevents exhaust turbulence and leakage caused by uneven surfaces, as well as rattle and loosening due to vibration, resulting in smooth exhaust flow, increased strength, and reduced weight. Furthermore, special welding techniques ensure high quality.

Straight layout
From the main pipe to the tailpipe, exhaust efficiency is pursued. The degree of bending is minimized where bending is necessary, and the distortion of the inner surface of the pipe caused by bending is eliminated with FUJITSUBO's unique technology.
Lightweight press-formed flange
Lightweight press-formed flanges are used in the product's segmented sections to reduce weight. Strength is maintained while keeping the weight down.

Lost-wax casting method
Lightweight design achieved through meticulous product quality and effective weight reduction.

Flexible joint
The flexible joint effectively dissipates stress from engine vibrations and other vibrations during driving, dramatically increasing durability.

Dedicated lightweight bracket
The lightweight brackets used in models such as the Super Ti, Legalis Super R, Power Getter, and RM-01A also ensure sufficient strength and durability.

Lightweight hollow pipe stay
Lightweight hollow pipe stay with header. Achieves a weight reduction of over 50% compared to solid wood and prevents support rubber from coming loose.

Mounting part for thin-walled material
The base plate prevents stress concentration.

Main Silencer
To maximize efficiency and noise reduction, each vehicle model is individually tuned. Sound-absorbing materials include perforated pipes, stainless steel demisters, glass wool, and cut wool. This results in improved exhaust efficiency and a sporty exhaust sound achieved through unique sound tuning.




Surface treatment
Surface finishes, such as polishing and hairline finishes, are varied depending on the product and its intended use. Beautiful surface treatments are a testament to high quality.
