Nocolok Brazing

Fitment & Practical Considerations

True Plug-and-Play Design

KOYORAD radiators are engineered around factory specifications, including:

• OEM mounting points
• Sensor locations
• Factory fan shroud bolt patterns

This allows installation without custom brackets, drilling, or major modifications.

Core Thickness

Performance racing models feature thicker cores than factory radiators to increase coolant capacity and cooling ability.

Depending on the vehicle, the increased thickness may require minor adjustment to factory radiator hoses.

Transmission Compatibility

Many all-aluminium performance radiators are designed primarily for manual transmission vehicles and may not include built-in automatic transmission cooler lines.

Automatic vehicles may require an external transmission cooler setup.

Radiator Caps

High-performance aluminium radiators often use a billet filler neck and may not include a standard OEM radiator cap.

A compatible high-pressure cap designed for the radiator should be used.
