All orders placed with CJ-Motor consitutes the acknowledgement and accpetance of all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of CJ-Motor untile paid for in full. All prices, materials, design, and specificaitons aqre subject to change without notice.
Warranty:
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All merchandise sold by CJ-Motor is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturers for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, and engine parts. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts. It is the customers' responsibility to retain nay and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.
Prices
All prices listed on this website, advertisement and/or catalog are for brand-new products and do not include shipping and handling charges. All prices are mail order prices; any import taxes which might be charged on goods in your country will be your responsibility. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notices. The reason for price changing may accord to the change at Japanese manufacturers.

The name CJ-Motor is the trademark and property of CJ-Motor Accessories that has been registers with the Department of Fair Trading Queensland under the Business Name Act 1998. All rights are reserved. The use of the CJ-Motor name or logo is strictly prohibited by law. Any representation of the name or logo that might be confused for CJ-Motor or any that might be likely to cause discredit or disparagement is also prohibited. All materials, logo, and images presented on this site are owned by CJ-Motor and cannot be copied, republished, reproduced, and/or displayed in any form.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped either by FastWay, TNT, or CourierPlease within Australia, or via the Australia Post (EMS) internationally. Tracing numbers for posted goods will be issued to customers who could check the processing by visiting FastWay, CourierPlease, TNT, or AustraliaPost websites.
Most orders are shipped within one business day, but can take up to five (upon the payment received). If your order is going to take longer than five business days to complete, you will be notified by phone or via email. CJ-Motor is not responsible for delayed shipments by carriers, holidays, or acts of god. CJ-Motor is not responsible for lost or misdirected email confirmations. If you have a question about the status of an order, please contact the shipping companies with the pre-issued tracking numbers.
Please request us to have your order insured before shipping; this is for your own safety and peace of mind since CJ-Motor is not liable on any damaged goods during shipments caused by carriers. The cost of insurance is paid by customers. Express Service Order Fee is NOT refundable since this service is rendered prior to shipping even canceled orders will NOT be refunded.
Payment
We accept Direct Deposit, Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Money Order, and Credit Card Payment through Paypal.
Returns and Refund Policy
Items purcahsed from CJ-Motor may be returned in original packaging and with a CJ-Motor receipt within 7 days from the date of receipt only if the product is originally faulty. It is the customers' responsibilities to contact CJ-Motor within the time period to be eligible for a return. Returns for exchange, refund, or credit notice would not be accepted for simply change of minds or wrong order. In the case of faulty products, no return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced would be allowed. Returns are not accepted for bulbs, lighting accessories, software, electrical units, special orders, and custom orders for any reason.
All return items are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds would be paid by company cheques. Refused shipments sent back to CJ-Motor do not constitute a refund or credit. The buyer has to accept any incurred costs (such as handling fees) if CJ-Motor does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or refundable for any reasons. It is the buyers' responsibility to verify the correct part to be ordered.
Cancellations
5% cancellation fees could be charged for any order that is cancelled with CJ-Motor after the order placement to the time of shipment. No cancellation is accepted once the good/s have been shipped.
Custom Orders and Special Orders
Customers could contact us for any custom orders, wholesale orders, or special orders. However, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned, and all orders must be prepaid before shipment.

Any dispute, lawsuit, or claim against CJ-Motor must be venue in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
